It's late, so it's not good to eat. Fortunately, I was able to eat without medication The friendly response of the staff is impressive. The food was also excellent and the cost performance was good.

Very friendly and attentive waiters, the dogs got water immediately. The food was very good, price and performance were right. Always in a good location. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Delicious food!!!

In our opinion, the many other reviews are not really justified. Service was a bit upset and unfriendly when individualized pizza was ordered despite the official offer. Kitchen is too busy. Then we sat in front of empty glasses practically the whole evening. Pizza was good but practically unseasoned. Questionable whether it is appropriate for an Italian restaurant to have ground pepper on the table instead of a pepper mill.

Prices a little too high. Despite everything very good restaurant in a very quiet area. Staff very kind.

Very good food. Nice ambience. Ideal, even when the weather is not so good. The price-performance ratio is also right for Lugano.

Cool location. Very large menu. Nice service, quick service, which also caters to special requests. Portions are big and perfect. Would go again anytime. Price performance is absolutely right. Tucked away in a passage near the piazza but is always very busy so it's best to reserve in advance.

The visit was a dissapointment. Salmon Tartar was very bland, basically nothing and with two small slices of very cheap toast. Risotto was without taste. It shouldve been with apl cheese but there were only two minislices of it on top and I didnt detect any cheese flavor in the risoto itself. The biggest dissapointment was pasta dish my girlfriend had. Dry noodles with a few muschrooms. Zero taste. Never more.

From my point of view, a meeting here is consistently recommended as the inn is super easy to reach! The good transport connections make a meal trip possible quickly, and the waiters are always friendly and extremely courteous. That makes me and my husband very happy every time they visit, and there are a lot of things that are delicious in terms of taste. The portions are of a good and filling size.

Very fine food. There were two of us. Had eaten sea bass and the fusxh mix plate. Lovingly prepared and the quality was good. Will come back to this restaurant when in Lugano. Service was very attentive and quick. Top keep it up.

The beautiful location and the quality of the food are not enough to justify the price. Furthermore, the poor presentation of the dish and the poor service did not help.

We got the bruschetta which was basically chopped tomatoes (not even that fresh) with a pinch of salt. Saddest bruschetta ever! Had better from kebab places. My boyfriend's calzone was less than average: bad quality mozzarella and not fresh mushrooms. My salmon tartar was ok, although it had hard and chewy bits in it and it wasn't that fresh either. The bread was stale too.. Besides this, the waiter was dismissive and rude to my boyfriend who tried his Italian when ordering. I'm from Lugano and I will never go back there and I strongly recommend you to look for other places: there are so many that are simply so much better!!

The only restaurant I ever visit in Lugano, now my sixth time and still as amazing as ever. Staff are kind, welcoming and great at what they do.

It is the best restaurant in Lugano. You can taste different Italian and Ticino dishes at a fair price. The environment is quite refined, perfect for business lunches but also for dinners with friends. The service is always very fast and everyone is very courteous. Coming here I never happened to not be surprised at how good what I ordered was. Even the pizza is spectacular! Dinners can also be organized for events. They have a separate room that can be fully reserved if there are many of them. They also have tables outside sheltered by the gallery. Fantastic setting!

Eventhough the drive was dam long . The place was worth it. We didn't hear too much positive opinion about the food. So we have drinks enjoyed the amazing sunset view

This was an amazing restaurant to try in Lugano, we loved it. The service was amazing, the local wine was great, we both loved our meals. The pasta was some of the best we have had in this region. Definitely worth trying.

We very hungry and quite late in the city when we found the restaurant. It is located beautifully and the ambience is great. Even better was the food! Pizza and grilled chicken with vegetables were just perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Can recommend Trattoria Galleria without hesitation!

One of the best meals my wife and I have had in the last 3 weeks traveling across Europe. Was only pizza but boy was it good. Had pizza capriciosa, fried veggie appetizer, red wine and chocolate mousse. Was fantastic. Great location and great service

The 4 Staggioni pizza was horrible and they have put carciofi on it even though I specified not to do so. The location is quite nice though.

While visiting Lugano, Switzerland, my hotel recommended this restaurant to me. I enjoyed it so much the first time that I went back again for lunch. The setting was very delightful and the food was delicious. The staff was polite and well trained! If you’re visiting Lugano I would recommend that you give it a try.
